About Roaming Coyote
The Roaming Coyote Taco Truck is a mobile extension of Fairfax City’s Favorite Tex-Mex restaurant, Coyote Grille. Our menu offers "Howling Good Food" in the way of handcrafted Tacos, mini Chimichangas and more. Try the Al Pastor or Cochabamba Tacos, they're bound to leave you craving more! We hand make our salsas/sauces like Chipotle Bourbon and Avocado Cream.
