We're a full-service BBQ and taco food truck and catering team built around one simple idea: great food, fast service, and events that feel easy.

For more than 10 years, we've been raising the Bar-B-Q at weddings, corporate events, schools, churches, grand openings, private parties, and hungry crowds all over Middle Tennessee.

Our menu is loaded with crowd favorites like Legendary Beef Brisket, Signature Pulled Pork, Smoked Pulled Chicken, Smoked BBQ Tacos, Loaded Mac & Cheese, Southern Potato Salad, Parmesan Garlic Green Beans, Veggie Kabobs, and plenty more.

🚚 Food Truck or Full Buffet Catering: From intimate parties to events with 500+ guests, we offer flexible catering packages, generous portions, delicious sides, desserts, drinks, and everything needed to make feeding your crowd easy.

We're known for big portions, seriously fast service, flexible setups, and making sure guests leave happy and well fed. For larger events, we can run multiple buffet lines and move a crowd quickly without making dinner feel rushed.

We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we're happy to work around dietary needs, budgets, service timing, indoor or outdoor setups, and the inevitable curveballs that come with planning an event.
