We’re a full-service BBQ food truck and catering setup built around one simple idea: great food, fast service, and events that feel easy.

For more than 10 years, we’ve served weddings, corporate events, schools, churches, grand openings, private parties, and hungry crowds all over Middle Tennessee.

Our menu is loaded with crowd favorites like Legendary Beef Brisket, Signature Pulled Pork, Smoked Pulled Chicken, Roadhouse Mac & Cheese, Southern Potato Salad, Green Beans, Veggie Kabobs, and plenty more.

We’re known for big portions, seriously fast service, flexible setups, and making sure guests leave happy and well fed. For larger events, we can run multiple buffet lines and move a crowd quickly without making dinner feel rushed.

We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we’re happy to work around dietary needs, service timing, indoor or outdoor setups, and the inevitable curveballs that come with planning an event.
