Rise and Shine Tacos by Texas Catering Co.

Rise and Shine Tacos is a breakfast taco truck operating under Texas Catering Co. out of our Houston commissary. We run a recurring morning program at Tesla along with corporate breakfasts, campus events, and early call bookings across the city.

Tacos are made to order on flour tortillas. Classic egg and cheese, potato egg and cheese, and chorizo egg and cheese are the standards, and the brisket egg and cheese is the one people order twice. Breakfast burritos, hash browns, orange juice and apple juice round out the menu.

We are fully self contained with our own power, and we are used to early starts. Morning service means the truck is on site and open before your crowd arrives, not setting up while they wait.

Rise and Shine is one of four concepts under Texas Catering Co., alongside True Dog Houston for gourmet hot dogs, Benz Burgers, and Kurbside Eatz for Asian fusion tacos. We can put multiple trucks on the same site under one booking, which organizers use when they want variety for a bigger crowd.
