There was a wonderful balance of flavor, the noodles were prefect, not over cooked. The mushrooms were meaty, I wasn't expecting that and the egg was perfectly cooked with a soft but cooked yolk. I absolutely loved the spicy red pepper sauce, a wonderful amount to heat and slightly sweet. Just wonderful food.
