From an idea, to experimenting in a home kitchen, the goal was clear. We wanted to create a high quality coffee experience with the benefits of a protein shake. It seemed so simple, yet nothing out there quite fit our standard. Without hesitation and with nothing to lose, the journey began to provide the best possible product and experience for our customers.

To further that experience we started the Projo* Coffee Food Truck to deliver our amazing coffee to the people.

After seeing the impact we were able to make, along with the positive feedback and support of our community, we knew we had to keep going. Though many setbacks have and will continue to occur, we remember to stay faithful, optimistic, and continue doing our part to serve others and create a lasting impact in the world. Projo* is here to stay.
