Pinchy’s Lobster Co Food Truck

Pinchy’s Lobster Co is the brainchild of food truck veteran BJ Lofback. After years bringing his amazing Korean fusion food truck, Funk Seoul Brother, to the streets of Nashville, BJ decided on a new challenge: take traditional New England cuisine and uniquely suit it to Nashville tastes. Within a month of the idea, the concept was born.

From the decidedly non-traditional Nashville hot lobster rolls, to house made potato chips and dips and a host of fantastic soups, this is not your typical lobster roll truck.

Nashville’s first homegrown Lobster Roll Truck can be found serving all over town as well as surrounding communities. This truck can also provide awesome food truck catering options to all of Middle Tennessee. In addition to the truck you can also find visit their restaurant at the Factory in Franklin serving up their awesome fare along with local craft beers!
