Bowl of Scrambled eggs, ground breakfast sausage, and brown rice, smothered in queso cheese sauce. (Sautéed spinach and diced tomatoes normally included but optional-premade entrée so this needs to be discussed.)
Chicken wings
Traditional fried party or whole wings with choice of sauce: Boom boom, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper (wet or dry), Asian zing, Hot, Teriyaki, Buffalo, jerk
Greek Chicken pita
Pita pocket filled with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes and onions.
Grilled shrimp pita
Pita loaded with grilled shrimp, cheese, sautéed onions, yellow/ orange peppers, and diced tomatoes.
Gumbo Po' boy
Shrimp & crawfish Gumbo w/ popcorn shrimp topped w/ homemade remoulade sauce.
Here comes the Boom
USDA beef grilled and topped w/ cheese, Cole slaw, diced tomato, and bacon strips.
Italian meatball pita
Italian meatballs drenched in homemade sauce and dressed with sautéed onions, green peppers, and diced tomatoes.
Philly cheese steak pita
Pita pocket dressed with shaved steak, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
Seafood Lover's gumbo
Authentic gumbo loaded with shrimp, real crab meat, and crawfish. (Served with Cajun corn on the Cobb)
Seafood philly
Grilled Atlantic salmon, shrimp, gator tail with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, & cheese. Topped with homemade remoulade sauce.
Triple Threat Street Tacos
3 street Tacos dressed as requested. Options: pico de gallo, lettuce, Shredded cheese, Jalapeños, tomatoes
Twisted chicken BLT
Grilled chicken, bacon pieces, lettuce, tomato, & cheese topped w/ chipotle ranch.
Veggie lover
Vegan pita bread loaded with onions, yellow/ orange/ green peppers, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. All veggies sautéed to perfection with the option to add cheese.
Wycked Wurst
Sliced beer brats grilled w/ onions, mushrooms, green peppers, & cheese, topped with sauerkraut.
Chicken wings
3 crispy jumbo party wings in choice of sauce.
Fried Dill Pickle chips
Crispy beer batter coated dill pickle chips topped with crumbled feta cheese.
Hashbrowns
Golden crisp hashbrown nuggets (circular) or patties
House chili
Bowl of homemade chili like no other with ground Italian sausage, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms; all slow cooked to melt in your mouth perfection.
Vinegar and pepper cucumber slices
Freshly sliced cucumber drenched in vinegar and seasoned with pepper and feta cheese crumbles.
Waffle Fries / regular fries
Mouth watering, seasoned waffle fries topped with feta cheese.
Banana pudding
Homemade banana pudding loaded with bananas and vanilla wafers, topped with whipped cream.
Churros
Cinnamon sugar churro sticks with choice of chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping pleasure.
