Nyame's Healing Kitchen is a 100% vegan food trailer serving Charlotte, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and the surrounding area. Led by Chef Nyame, we make plant-based comfort food from scratch, with bold flavor and real ingredients, so you never feel like you're missing out.

Our scratch-made vegan burgers are hearty, juicy, and loaded with toppings, and our scratch-made vegan fish sandwich is crispy and seasoned to perfection, with all the flavor of a classic fish sandwich and none of the animal products. Pair your meal with one of our fresh-pressed juices, made to refresh, energize, and nourish.

We believe food should make you feel good, which is why we call it a Healing Kitchen. Everything is dairy-free, egg-free, and meat-free, so vegans, vegetarians, people with dairy allergies, and anyone just looking for a healthier option can all eat together. You don't have to be vegan to love our food. Many of our biggest fans are meat-eaters who keep coming back.

We're a great fit for breweries, office lunches, apartment communities, festivals, and corporate wellness events. We also offer full-service catering with the trailer on site, plus drop-off catering and juice packages for weddings, birthdays, church events, fundraisers, and corporate gatherings.
