Executive Chef and Chief Operations Officer, Gustavo Lecanda, was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. After obtaining a degree in food and beverage management from the University of La Salle Culinary School in Cancun, Mexico he worked as cook in restaurants in Cancun, Mexico. Gustavo has worked his way up through the ranks in the restaurant industry to include General Manager of a popular Mexican restaurants and watering holes in Nassau, Bahamas, Grand Cayman andthroughout Mexico.
Chief Executive Officer, Chris Wandell, graduated with a Degree in Marketing and Visual Communications from the University of Washington. As a member of the United States Coast Guard, Chris has worked all over the world and developed a love for the Mexican culture and Mexican street food.
