A vision was begun back in August 2019 when Daniel and Valentin asked Jim to help them fulfill their dream of having their own business. Their doors at the restaurant opened 2 weeks before the APOCALYPSE shut down dine in service in March 2020! The three men put their collective ideas to work and THRIVED. The Food trailer was outfitted and put into daily service November 2020 and continues to be the lifeline to their success. They proudly are a Minority and Disabled Veteran Owned business.
