Memphis Blues and BBQ

Texas Brisket done right, smoked over Mesquite and Hickory Low and Slow for 20 hours. We do it right as our Uncle Bob taught us in Texas as kids.

We Smoke a Jumbo Potato and drizzle it in real butter then we pack it with your favorite Meat or no meat at all for vegetarians. We can top it withBBQ Sauce, Queso, Salsa, Jalapenos, and Sour Cream. However you like it, we got you!

We Slow cook our pulled pork over Hickory, Mesquite, and Apple Wood for 18 to 22 hours Rubbed and Basted with our home made concoctions. You can also try our Sandwich Memphis Style with our own home made Sauce and Cole Slaw on the Sandwich.

Meat of your choice piled on a bed of chips and queso, covered in our home made BBQ sauce, and topped with Salsa, Jalapeños, and Sour Cream. We can also make these veggie friendly.

We take chicken breast and thighs and smoke them then we pull it and put it on a sandwich. Try it Memphis style with our very own sauce and Cole slaw on the sandwich.
