Mamá Juana's Tapas Truck is delivering Baltimore and the surrounding areas authentic and affordable food from Spain. Tapas are the perfect street side meal. We offer several flavors of Empanadas, Patatas Bravas (Spanish style chunky twice fried potatoes with salsa brava and aioli), our ChoriDog Combo (Sauteed Chorizo on Brioche roll served with Patatas Bravas). Mama Juana’s is a labor of love based on my Father’s dream, now realized. We love our customers, bringing folks together and Catering events too!
