Mama Debs Italian Food Truck in Boston

Deb, (AKA Mama Deb), has been making her Sweet Italian Sauce for her family and friends for over 20 years. Her passion for cooking was inspired by her Italian grandmother Sylvia who loved to have family over for her wonderful meals. Grandma Sylvia would begin every meal proclaiming “Mangia Mangia!” which means “eat eat!” in Italian.

Deb’s love for cooking grew as her family did and it was important to her for her children to grow up gathered at the table for a homemade dinner every night. Their favorite meal was anything with her Sweet Itailian sauce on it. Pasta, pizza, chicken parm, an meatballs to name a few. Today Deb still loves to gather her family together, which now includes her grandchildren, for family meals and now she is sharing her Sweet Italian sauce with you and your family.

Mama Deb’s LLC was born in April of 2018 when Mama Deb’s Sweet Italian Sauce (AKA Wicked Awesome Sauce) was bottled for retail sales. Later in the summer, Mama Deb’s Mobile food tent was added bringing her delicious Sauce and Italian food to festivals and events all over Mass and NH and it didn’t stop there…

Cooking classes are the latest addition to the Mama Deb line-up. She has done over 900 cooking classes and food demonstrations over a 20 year span with the Pampered Chef learning from top chefs, and now she is teaching how to cook from scratch on her own. Deb is taking her passion another step further by enrolling in culinary school at Escoffier where she will get her degree in culinary arts. She will have a lot to share on proper sanitation, cooking techniques, and presentation.

But wait there’s more! Mama Deb’s food truck will be ready to roll in April of 2020 and will allow us to expand our menu. We will add fresh hand cut pasta to our menu with rotating specials and delicious Italian dishes. Scampis, American Chop Suey, delicious desserts like cannoli and Tiramisu and so much more.
