We export our corn from Mexico & grind in stone mills in Nashville. Tortillas are organic, gluten free & free of any preservatives or additives. 4 Ingredients - corn, water, Calcium hydroxide, salt. Keep refrigerated for 20 days or freeze for two months. 1 corn color per dz. Maiz rotates weekly.
