Could have used a bit more chicken salad. I ended up with a few bites of bread with no chicken salad. I also kind of wish I got a bit more for my money. For $15 I sort of expected larger portions. But the flavors were wonderful, I'll definitely be back to try some other things.

The chicken salad could benefit from some fruit and/or nuts to add sometexture and flavor. I did think the croissant was exceptional, though.

What a GREAT truck, GREAT people, GREAT food. LOVED them and we would DEFINATELY have them back again when we have an event. So happy we had them here!!
