About Little Italy in the USA

I was born in Cefalù in Sicily and at the age of 4 we moved with my family to Rome where I have always lived all my life since I was little I had a passion for cooking helping my mother and observing what she did at the age of 16 I started working as a kitchen assistant in a Roman restaurant and it is there that I began to know and practice the real Italian cuisine stealing a little of the trade from the best chefs and carefully observing all their work Throughout my life I have cooked for my family and my friends cooking for me is a passion and I really like doing it throughout my life I have managed restaurants in Rome , Italy and Milan and now here I am again in my Italian food truck giving the best of myself
