The La Machetera Mexican Food Truck brings Orange County incredibly fresh and authentic cuisine from South of the Border! We have all your street side favorites and some custom dishes you have never tried. We are best known for our handmade Machete Quesadillas, which are over two feet of meaty and cheesy goodness wrapped in a fresh corn tortilla. We also serve Sopes, Huaraches, and Flautas, all made by hand. Our food truck catering service is available too, we can certainly help feed your party!
