Our specialty lies in Mayan Cuisine. The Yucatan region of southeast Mexico. Our flavors and essence have more in common with Central America and the Caribbean. In business since 1971 we started off as solely a bakery and cake shop, expanded to limited food on weekends, which lead to caterings, which led to a full blown menu at our brick and mortar.
