Karibbean Child Caribbean Food Truck in Tampa
Specializing in Caribbean island fusion, Karibbean Child serves up some of the best island food you’ll find in all of Tampa. Our Jerk, Curry, Pineapple BBQ, and Guava BBQ marinades are homemade, as well as all of our accompanying sauces.
We take pride in using fresh ingredients and are very particular about our meats and produce. We care about your overall experience just as much as we care about the way our food tastes.

The food was surprisingly good. I say this because I am Caribbean and the eccentricity of a curry chicken sandwich not made with roti or sweet bread was a take back. As well as the owners/workers of the van. The sandwich was tasty. Had great flavor, texture and wasn’t dry. The offer of sweet and savory, is always a fave for me. The Patties though. $5. Wow. Not worth it but I was really craving a patty. It’s the order of convenience. I would want them to stop by frequently.

Wow! My son and I really enjoyed the guava bbq chicken rice bowl. It was the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. Chicken is juicy and tender, sauce is perfect, and we loved the flavor of the calypso rice. We are now looking forward to supporting Karibbean child when they’re nearby!

Barbecue chicken was a bit dry. Needs barbecue sauce. Shredded pork was good. If you were going to eat the meal at the Amenity center you wouldn't have dressing for the sale that comes with

Food was flavorful and good portion. I would of liked the lid maybe marked with what item it was to omit any confusion. But nonetheless it was delicious. Thank you.
