Just Wright is the result of dedication, talent, and a passion for food. Founded by a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, the food truck was born after years of perfecting culinary skills and building a strong following through plate sales. With hard work and determination, the dream of owning a food truck became a reality.

The name Just Wright comes from the frequent praise received from happy customers who consistently described the food as “just right.”

With over 300 events catered solo, Just Wright has served an impressive roster of clients, including Black Youngster, Trey Songz, DOC from NWA, BigX the Plug, celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Wright, Phor from Black Ink Crew, and NBA champion and Mavs coach Jared Dudley.

What began as a Plan B has grown into a flavorful and successful venture that continues to leave a lasting impression wherever it goes.
