We are now “Letting the Good Times Roll” in our mobile Mardi Gras Food Truck, serving our award winning Shrimp Poboys and more on imported New Orleans French bread with our famous Mambo sauce. We Cater and dish out fresh Cajun and Creole food, reppin' Louisiana! We use the best ingredients- from Leidenheimer French Bread and Blue Plate Mayo, to Patton's Hot Sausage and Gulf Coast Shrimp. Excellent food and different which was great! Fried green tomatoes need to be a side item and picture showed slaw but there was no slaw on the plate. Slaw would have been a nice addition.

Communication needs to drastically improve. Tough night tonight- truck broke, ran out of propane, etc...but... no communication. I ordered my food at 6:03 and got it at 8:30. Had three texts telling me only one person was in front of me and mine would be ready within 15 minutes...three of those yet my food still was not ready. I finally got my food but my neighbors, who ordered at 5:45, never got any food. The truck ran out- no communication whatsoever to them-

Communicate better about anything that could delay the order and how long of a delay it will be. I waited over an hour after my schedule time for my food

Wait time was too long. The price was a little too high for the amount of food. We also didn't get what we ordered: chicken tenders instead of catfish.

Best catfish I have had in years. Plentiful shrimps that were perfectly cooked. I lived the catfish do much that I am tempted to go back. It is 532pm. I have time. When you return I will be catfish two times Meal was great thank you

Offer customers condiments or ask them if they would like any extra sauce/dressings on their sandwiches.
