J-Mo’s Kitchen serves incredible Mexican Tacos right here in Austin. It’s not a huge menu on our food truck, just a few items made right! Our specialty is Beef Birria Tacos, braised beef marinated in a rich chile blend, folded into corn or flour tortillas with melted cheese. Try our delicious Smoked Chicken Tacos with mango pico, chipotle bbq sauce, and a smoked poblano creme drizzle for a real flavor explosion! J-Mo’s Kitchen is available for Catering requests too, we’ll bring the Tacos direct to you!
