The Impasto Food Truck serves Tampa our Griddled, Stuffed and Rolled Artisanal Flatbread Sandwiches, packed with the flavors of Italy. 'Impasto' translates in English to 'Dough', and we take our dough very seriously! It is made in-house, naturally fermented with wild yeast which creates a unique flavor not replicated anywhere else. Every Impasto is "Griddled' for a fluffy, golden brown crust, 'Stuffed' with the freshest, local ingredients and then 'Rolled' into perfection!
