Milloh!

Milloh! started with a honeymoon. After we got married, we traveled to Patagonia, and the food, the landscapes, and the way people there gather around the table stayed with us long after we came home. We wanted to bring a piece of that back to Baltimore, so our neighbors could taste those flavors without needing a passport.

Food has always been part of our family. Elmer grew up around restaurants, and his oldest brother is a pastry chef, so cooking for people has always felt like home to us. We put that into a custom Airstream style trailer and started serving Argentine inspired favorites: grass-fed smash burgers, choripanes, house chimichurri, and fresh-baked alfajores, all made on-site with locally sourced ingredients.

Today we cater weddings, office events, and private parties across Baltimore and the surrounding area, and you’ll find us at local markets and community pop-ups. Our next dream is a permanent Milloh! shop, a place where food, culture, and community come together every day.
