The andouille and chicken gumbo was superb and beignets so fresh and light. I thoroughly enjoyed my Baton Roux food experience. I haven't had authentic Nola cuisine outside of New Orleans until now. Merci beaucoup

Yes. The food was great but it took 30 minutes longer to deliver the food than I had scheduled which was disappointing. Hence a 4.

Desert was out of this world. Jambalaya delicious but dry. Gumbo very tasty but sparse on seafood.
