Founded in Midtown Nashville in 2012 by Nick Bishop and his son, Nick Jr., Hattie B's is renowned nationally for its authentic Nashville hot chicken. The fast-casual eatery, with locations in Atlanta, Birmingham, Memphis and Las Vegas, serves-up hot chicken with varying levels of heat from Southern (no heat), mild, medium and hot to damn hot and the daredevil's dream, Shut the Cluck Up.
So what makes Hattie B's Hot Chicken a beloved favorite? For starters, they use the best chicken available. For each Goldbelly kit, free-range, humanely-raised chicken is brined, hand-breaded and fried to perfection. All you need to do is crisp it up in your oven, give it a dip and sprinkle on their signature seasonings. A word of warning: be ready for some serious heat!

Loved the tenders unfortunately the desserts and Mac was not avail when Inordered at a bit after 5. Also they did not label the boxes for which spice.

Food was very good, however, the order was incorrect. I ordered 3 mild tenders plus 1 medium tender. I received 3 medium tenders and 1 mild tender.

Everything was perfect: the chicken was perfectly crunchy, juicy, and spicy. The waffles were deliciously sweet. And the banana pudding was a perfect way to cool off after. Thank you for the amazing meal!
