We are a husband and wife who decided to stop waiting on "a perfect" moment to happen and decided to create our perfect moments daily. Chef J is a committed Husband, Father, and Chef who dreamed of owning his own food truck since childhood. After working to build other companies' dreams for years, with the support of his family, he stepped away from his corporate career to start his own business. He began Good Bites, Grub & Catering with his wife in June 2021. Creating dishes from his passion with flavor combinations and creative homemade recipes in a private kitchen he and his wife began promoting and marketing The Good Bites brand, selling plates to growing believers. In November of 2021, our food truck was finished and we were able to hit the road! Each day we aim to always provide exceptional service the first time! Each dish is made with love from the Chefs heart. Good Bites, Grub & Catering is more than just a restaurant. It's our way our life, we love people, and we love sharing new experiences while making new friends. We firmly believe this starts with a friendly face, amazing service, and a GOOD meal. One visit will make you a family member, or as we like to call it a Goodie for life.
