About Funnel Fare
Funnel Fare is an experienced food truck and catering business that specializes in providing delicious fair food desserts like funnel cakes and fried candies.
FUNNEL CAKES --- The custom equipment in my mobile food unit allows us to turn over more than 12 cakes per minute at peak times to meet the needs of large crowds while minimizing wait time for HOT and FRESH funnel cakes. In addition to the standard powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, we provide a large selection of toppings including: fruit toppings--Strawberry, Apple, and Cherry, Whipped cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, sauces--Peanut Butter, Caramel, Chocolate, Marshmallow and more.
FRIED CANDY --- We dip candies and cookies into the funnel cake batter to transform common place sweets into decadent treats. Look forward to our Oreos, Twinkies and more—battered, fried and sprinkled with sugar. Additional toppings can be added as well.
We also provide fresh squeezed and homemade frozen lemonade, hand dipped ice cream, Italian Ice, loaded nachos and more!
