At Fowler Foodz, we’re more than a food truck—we’re a rolling kitchen driven by passion, precision, and purpose. Founded and operated by a former executive chef with over 20 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, our mission is simple: bring bold, chef-crafted flavor to every street, event, and gathering we serve.
From the soul-warming aroma of our slow-roasted rotisserie chicken to the rich depth of our 18-hour pulled pork, fall-off-the-bone dry-rubbed baby back ribs, and smoke-kissed brisket layered with caramelized onions and slaw, our Rollin’ Rotisserie menu is a tribute to comfort food done right. Add creamy mac, zesty slaw, or buttery cornbread and you’ve got a meal worthy of a feast.
We also offer an entirely different flavor profile with our Rollin’ Greek menu—featuring flame-grilled lamb or chicken souvlaki, basmati rice bowls, and fresh Greek salads with house-made tzatziki and vinaigrettes.
Craving street food with a Southwestern twist? Our Rollin’ Cantina menu brings you Hatch green chile pork tacos, loaded nachos, rice bowls, and citrus-marinated chicken—all finished with bold toppings like chipotle crema and tomatillo salsa.
We round it out with craveable Small Bites and snacks including brisket sliders, rib mac cups, and nacho bites, plus a full Breakfast menu with croissants, bagels, tacos, and traditional plates.
For a sweet finish, we offer jumbo cookies, cinnamon bites, and cold Coca-Cola beverages, La Croix, and iced teas to wash it all down.
