We are the Floribbean Fusion Food Truck, serving greater Tampa. With over 30 years of restaurant experience, Chef Russ has developed a menu which is a fusion of Florida fresh ingredients and flavor profiles inspired by Gulf Coast and Caribbean cuisine. Some favorites include our Orange chicken Tacos, Cuban Picadillo Empanadas and the "Key West Hot Dog" topped with jalapeno and pineapple coleslaw. We love to Cater as well and can build you a variety of menu items in addition to what we serve street side!
