El Taco Santo was founded in 2016 in Ahwatukee, AZ by chef Fabricio H. Rivera, who desired to bring the best taco dining experience to the people of Arizona. The El Taco Santo Food Truck has become a local favorite, delivering premium Sonoran Style Tacos to the streets. El Taco Santo sets themselves apart with a focus on the tortilla first. This truck doesn't use store bought tortillas, they make them fresh on site! Then they take their prime and proper meats and create flavor combinations that are truly out of this world. El Taco Santo has the usual favorites like Asada, Barbacoa, Carnitas and Grilled Chicken: but also lesser known amazing meats like Birria (shredded slow cooked beef) and Discada (a mix of meats and veggies). Our motto here is "don't settle for ok", because we bring you only the Best Tacos featuring only the best premium ingredients topped with fresh pico de gallo.
