Doskoi Style Food Truck offers unique Japanese fusion cuisine and traditional Japanese street food. The star of the menu is the Kakuni taco, featuring tender, slow-braised pork belly in a soft tortilla, topped with onion, cilantro and a drizzle of yuzu mayo. We also serve traditional Japanese street food, like yakisoba (stirfried noodles)and yakiniku beef bowls! All dishes pair perfectly with our signature Lychee Lemonade, made with real lychee bits and juice. Doskoi Style Food Truck invites you to explore the best of Japanese fusion in every delicious bite.
