Crepe Royale was born in Kent CT, in 2019 by repurposing a SWAT Truck into a Crepe Food Truck!​

​The Truck may no longer be used to save lives, but it is now used to feed them..

Grégoire, chef and owner is a native of Paris, the City of Lights, and the dream of serving French food dates back to his childhood surrounded by the sights and smells of a vibrant and elevated food culture.

CREPE ROYALE is a mobile creperie with the best of French tradition fused with American inspiration and innovation!​
