Our food is considered American Comfort food. We have strong ties in the Denver Metro area as the owner is a Colorado native and has been involved in the restaurant business since his early 20's. Those ties have formed a relationship with Polidori Sausage which is also locally owned and operated and just celebrated their 100yr anniversary. Our relationship with Polidori Sausage enables us to serve some of the best sausage in the country. These sausages include the Spicy Italian Sausage, the Hatch Chili and cheese sausage, garlic bratwurst, breakfast sausages and our best seller the Italian sausage patty grilled to perfection with provolone cheese, marinara sauce, and creamy spinach served on a kiser roll. We also serve amazing street tacos both carnitas and carne asada prepared just like on any street corner in Mexico. Our signature Tomatillo & Avocado salsa will keep you coming back for more, guaranteed.

Lastly for dessert we offer Hawaiian Shaved Ice in multiple flavors that will satisfy the pickiest sweet tooth cravings.
