Coco’s American Cuisine is the newest member of the Coco’s family! With a menu that includes 8 gourmet burgers and an additional 8 rotating options, It's America's Burger Truck! Each burger features 2x smashed patties that are hand rolled using fresh, never frozen, ground beef. In addition to burgers, the truck also features a grilled chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken salad, Tenders for the kids, and a variety of sides.

I would love to see tipping available at the time of pickup. Seriously I would tip more but blind tipping seems excessive

Brownie very good. Onion petals and burger patties were good. Fries are subpar and mushroom burger was too garlicky. Everything could be hotter. Appreciated that styrofoam was not used.

This burger was hands down the best burger I’ve had in a loooooong time. Fries were yummy. Sauce was a nice touch. Wish you were here every Friday!

The quality of the chicken is excellent! I don't eat fried food as a rule but with limited healthy choices I went for the tenders. Juicy and delicious!
