Chilaquil

The Chilaquil Food Truck is focused on traditional bowls of Chilaquiles, a dish made from tortilla chips topped with spicy sauce and cheese. Owner and Chef Orlando Aguirre started Chilaquil to bring Austin this staple dish from his childhood that he couldn’t find easily in town. We serve simple versions and elaborate versions of this signature dish, like the Norteño bowl, which comes with Chorizo and Avocado, or the Chilango bowl, a vegan version with Nopalitos, Avocado and Salsa Verde.
