The chicken is a winner. The only improvement I would suggest is more/better information about the food on the on-line BFT menu. The pictures are confusing and written descriptions are lacking. But, as I said, the fried chicken is worth going back for more

Everything was delicious! Got the cajun tenders meal with mashed potatoes. Chicken was hot and crispy. The gentleman working at the truck was nice, it looked like he was by himself and working really hard.

The chicken was so good - well seasoned and not greasy. I LOVED the biscuit - so light! I wish I had more of them!
