The Chicas Birria Taco Truck was founded by owner and operator Maria Ruiz, whose desire is to bring authentic Birria to the streets of Atlanta. We are proud to offer our customers a wide variety of Mexican Birria options such as Beef, Chicken and even Vegan Birria. Our tacos are served with dipping sauce (consome), side salsas and cheese upon request. You can find us serving around town or better yet book us to Cater your next family/work event. Together we will make it special for you and your guests!

Chicas Birria was fantastic! Showed up on time, set up quickly and served our guests efficiently and effectively. The food was delicious! The Birria QuesaTacos were incredible and were served with dipping sauce. The Churros were a big hit, too! Our guests raved about the food.
