Canela Mexican Cafe is a food truck serving coffee, beverages, and desserts celebrating Mexican flavors. Melissa Quezada, founder and owner, is a proud Mexican-American who set out to create a gathering place that celebrates Mexican culture through the Seattle coffee scene, with a side of churros. The original idea of establishing a café turned into starting a food truck business, and now Canela (Mobile) Mexican Café brings the gathering place to you! Canela Mexican Café shares Mexican culture by infusing traditional flavors into the menu, and is a vehicle to connect with the community by partnering with local vendors and serving as many neighborhoods as we can.
