Check out the Brick and Motor Food Truck in the Nashville area for a variety of appetizing meals. From our hot plate, we dish up the Chicago-Style Subwich and serve it on a French Baguette. Sauteed peppers and a special Andalouse sauce enhance the slow-cooked Angus beef for a delicious combo. Sausage and Peppers cooked in a tomato-based sauce can be served as a subwich, or over a bowl of pasta to make a filling meal. Another delicious hot dish is the Turkey Chili Bowl. Hot dogs always make a tasty quick bite or stop and enjoy the Belgian Fries with Andalouse sauce or smothered in chili and cheese!
Cold dishes available from Brick and Motor include Chicken Salad on Tuscan deli bread and Chicken Caesar Club Subwich on a French Baguette. A scrumptious Italian Style Pasta Salad, with or without roasted chicken, is on the menu as well. Or maybe you would prefer the always popular PB and J sandwich. But, whatever you choose, don’t leave without trying one of the yummy cookies from the cookie jar.
