Tandoor & Curry isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a family dream that took decades to build.
In the 1990s, Jaswant Singh and his older brother arrived in the United States with little more than determination and a deep love for Indian cooking. No money. No roadmap. Just the belief that hard work and great food could build a better future.
For years, they worked long hours in restaurant kitchens, learning, perfecting recipes, and honoring the flavors they grew up with in India. Every dish became part of a vision — one day sharing their own food with the community.
That dream finally came to life in 2017, when Tandoor & Curry on Wheels began serving authentic Indian food from a single food truck in Boston.
What started as one truck and a big dream has grown into two food trucks traveling across Greater Boston and a restaurant in Woburn, Massachusetts. But no matter how much we grow, one thing will never change — we are still a family-run business.
Today, the next generation of the Singh family proudly works alongside the founders, bringing new energy while protecting the recipes, traditions, and passion that started it all.
Every curry, every naan, every dish we serve carries decades of experience, culture, and family pride. We use only the finest spices and freshest ingredients because we believe great food should make you feel something.
