We take 3 different kinds of beans and add cumin, chili powder & black strap molasses make these more savory than sweet. VEGAN OPTION and the best beans you will ever eat.

Pineapple Coleslaw
We put this stuff on every thing we can! Our scratch made dressing uses crushed pineapple to add just enough sweetness to the crispy cabbage. No soggy slaw here.. we mix our slaw as we serve to keep that cabbage from getting watery.

This is our favorite food truck. Everyone in our family loved it, including the toddler. The food is obviously amazing, but the portions are large as well. Top tier. It is the standard by which all other food trucks will be measured in our house.
