Our boneless skinless chicken thighs smoked with pecan wood, tucked into two King’s Hawaiian rolls, sauced with our homemade Huli Sauce (island’s version of teriyaki) and topped with our famous pineapple coleslaw. If your looking for something different, this is what you should try!

We take 3 different kinds of beans and add cumin, chili powder & black strap molasses make these more savory than sweet. VEGAN OPTION and the best beans you will ever eat.

We put this stuff on every thing we can! Our scratch made dressing uses crushed pineapple to add just enough sweetness to the crispy cabbage. No soggy slaw here.. we mix our slaw as we serve to keep that cabbage from getting watery.
