Billy Cheesesteak brings to you a Chicago twist on a cheesesteak. Made with smoked top sirloin, cooked in au jus. Served with a homemade Cheddar American cheese sauce that puts whiz to shame. Topped off with sauteed sweet red bell peppers this cheesesteak is out of this world. The specialty item on the truck is Billy’s authentic Italian Beef. Served with provolone and hot giardiniera. And yes you can get it dipped! Any of the mac n cheeses are an amazing option as well!

Food was very good but I had to wait awhile despite having ordered online and receiving a text saying my order was ready. It would be nice if there was a separate pickup line for pre-orders.
