The Big Cheese started in 2015 with one simple goal in mind. To thrill concert, and festival goers across the country. We take possibly the most heartfelt of American comfort foods, the grilled cheese, and launch in into the stratosphere of flavor. Our name’s sake the Big cheese is cheddar crusted white bread with BBQ chicken, green onions, Swiss cheese, pepperjack cheese, and sour cream and onion kettle style chips for an out of this world crunch. What grilled cheese would be complete without a cup of warm creamy tomato soup. Not only perfect to warm you up on that cold night on the beach or in the campground, but also vegan, and gluten free. Big Cheese has something for everyone no matter what their dietary needs. A regular on the vegan market and festival circuit of southern California, Big Cheese has more vegan options than any other grilled cheese concept you can find.
