Benz Burgers by Texas Catering Co.

Benz Burgers is a fresh beef burger truck operating under Texas Catering Co. out of our Houston commissary. We run a recurring corporate program at Tesla along with corporate lunches, golf tournaments, and private events across the city.

Every burger is a third pound patty on a brioche bun, cooked to order. The American Classic is the standard build, the Bacon Stacker adds bacon and a second layer, and the Southern Heat brings the spice. Truffle fries and plain seasoned fries on the side, and you can add a second patty to anything.

We are fully self contained with our own power. For venues that cannot take a truck, we cook at the commissary and build to order on site from hot boxes, which works well for golf courses, office buildings, and indoor venues.

Benz is one of four concepts under Texas Catering Co., alongside True Dog Houston for gourmet hot dogs, Kurbside Eatz for Asian fusion tacos, and Rise and Shine Tacos for breakfast. We can put multiple trucks on the same site under one booking, which organizers use when they want variety for a bigger crowd.
