Handmade bao dough stuffed with filling and then steamed. In-house boudin stuffed with pepper jack. Served with sweet chili.

Char Siu Baozi

Handmade bao dough stuffed with filling and then steamed. Pork Char Siu filling stuffed in bao dough and steamed.

Korean Fried Chicken Gua Bao

Handmade clamshell shaped dough, then filled after steaming. Chicken thighs fried and tossed in spicy Korean sauce. Topped with sliced cucumber, red onion, and sesame seeds.

Pork Belly Gua Bao

Handmade clamshell shaped dough, then filled after steaming. Tender pork belly with sweet and spicy garlic sauce. Topped with pickled radish, crushed peanuts, and green onions.

Rice Bowl

Any of the Gua Bao options can be served as a rice bowl. Choice of: Korean fried Chicken - Chicken thighs fried and tossed in spicy Korean sauce.
