A Chinese summer time classic. Our cold noodles come tossed in a house made garlic-soy sauce and come topped with freshly sliced cucumber, carrot, Chinese pickled veggies, scallion and cilantro. Comes with your choice of Shredded Chicken or Pan Seared Tofu.
