At Bev's Tamales

At Bev's Tamales Food Cart serves traditional Mexican Tamales in multiple flavors. Some of the most popular and unique are her Birria Tamales which come with a cup of consomme for dipping. At Bev's is the first Tamalero Food Cart in Los Angeles that comes with Health Department Permits. These food carts were created to assist the street vendors of Los Angeles and stop them from being harassed by city officials worried about food safety.
