About Amor y Limon
This is Amor y Limón.
At Amor y Limón, we’re more than just a taco truck — we’re a moving tribute to the flavors that raised us, the family that shaped us, and the kitchens where love was always present.
Our family, like many, expressed love through food. Our moms, titas, lolas and abuelas didn’t just cook — they created. From early morning meals to massive weekend spreads, their food was how they took care of us. Whether it was adobo, arroz con pollo, or a batch of carne asada it always meant: you’re home.
So when we decided to build Amor y Limon, we didn’t just want to sling tacos — we wanted to serve up that same feeling. Our menu is rooted in the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexican street food, elevated with a hint of Filipino soul. We may only have a couple of dishes you’d call “Filipino” outright, but our approach is infused with Filipino warmth and Mexican soul in every bite. Think crispy pork belly that nods to lechon kawali, wrapped in handmade tortillas. Think adobo-marinated meats with bright citrusy salsas. It's far from traditional — but it’s always intentional and never duplicated. We blend flavors, techniques, and stories — never forced, always from the heart.
Can you say we are a street taco, sure — but more than that, it’s a bite of the story we’re living and building, one plate at a time.
This is our love letter to the meals that raised us, the families who inspired us, and the city that shaped us. From LA with love
