Aloha Friday worked out great for us. It was easy for them to serve our 350 middle schoolers in less than 2 hours. We offered them 3 choices and the kids loved the Spam Musubi, Chicken Teriyaki and Spicy Tuna Bowl. I would definitely work with them again! The communication with using Best Food Truck to get to them was a little spotty but it all worked out in the end.

The Ahi Tuna Roll was quite delicious and surprisingly substantial without being too heavy. I recommend picking a fork with it. Wraps never survive in one piece.

Humm... the food was amazing but my fave part was the tahin stick. The beef, chicken and shrimp were to die for... al dente and nicely marinaded and tasty 😋 . Thank u, come again soon!
